So my computer died...

Sun Mar 29, 2009, 9:39 AM
After recovering from a prolonged hiatus... And starting to draw again and really pushing myself to improve my digital skills, my computer decides to EXPLODE (not literally, tho there was smoke). I lost so many of my works in progress! Makes a man want to cry like a 3 year old girl!

So, after having no internet access for several weeks, I finally return with a new drive and creative motivation. In the meantime, while I was wallowing for my loss, I went back to alot of my old works and proceeded to rework them, clean them up and in some cases actually finish off original sketches that were over 3 or 4 years old. Hahaha. I learn't 2 things from this activity;

1. Turns out, coloured pencils can be awesome!!!
2, My scanner hates doing the job of actually scanning! It makes everything look grainy and bland.

So I propse a new or rekindled love for coloured pencils... and put forward a thread to my scanner! IMPROVE YOURSELF FOOL! I just spent all my money on getting a working computer... RAGH!
