Digital drawing of my really good mate Cory... for a present to him!
After "YearbookYourself"ing me and all my friends, some reason I felt the urge to get back into drawing, and started doing portraits, more to come.

Photoshop CS3 and WACOM Tablet.
All up took between 6-8 Hours

Lol... I do practice... kinda?! Umm well actually... Im not sure? It just kinda comes to me as common sense, the more drawings I look at, and the older I get, I just see things more clearly... And can achieve them more accurately? RANDOM!

Hahaha.. well I work form photos, as no one is patient enough to sit there while I work from the actual model. But so far reactions are very good hahah... sooo we'll see what the second one results in.

o_o sometimes, i hate you goliath >_< so good! but i think the detail in the teeth needs to be more defined to give it a harder look?

Thanks Celeste... you could be right on that one, as I thought about it also... Originally there was more of a dark outline around his teeth, making it more clearly defined... but it looked too hard... Perhaps I need to find a happy compromise.

you need to remember that teeth are harder than the flesh, so a hard look to them is not always bad :)
